Turkey–Ukraine Solidarity Foundation (Fond İnan) was established on December 1, 2016, with the aim of building humanitarian, cultural, and social bridges between Turkey and Ukraine.
In Turkish and Islamic culture, the practice of offering vows and sacrificial animals is not only a religious duty but also a strong expression of sharing, solidarity, and social responsibility. This tradition encourages helping those in need and strengthening community bonds.
However, due to the high cost of livestock in Turkey, it can be difficult for many people to fulfill this practice. Recognizing this challenge, we developed an alternative solution based in Ukraine.
Thanks to the lower cost of livestock in Ukraine, we established an international e-commerce system that allows people from around the world to perform their charitable offerings more easily. The meat from these offerings is then distributed to people in need across Ukraine.
In accordance with Ukrainian regulations, these activities required an official organizational structure. For this reason, Fond İnan was established to ensure that all humanitarian efforts are carried out in a transparent, organized, and sustainable manner.
👤 Founder
The founder of the foundation, Yusuf İnan, is a journalist, writer, and entrepreneur. He was born on February 26, 1967, in Amasya, Turkey.
After graduating from a military high school, he served in the Turkish Armed Forces for 20 years. Following his service, he voluntarily left the military and transitioned into the business and media sectors.
He founded one of Turkey’s early software initiatives and has been actively involved in journalism as an editor-in-chief of several news platforms.
Throughout his career, he has led and supported numerous social responsibility projects, particularly focusing on families of martyrs, veterans, and disadvantaged groups. He has also contributed to initiatives supporting people with disabilities and was among the pioneers of online psychological counseling concepts in Turkey.

As Fond İnan, our activities are based on the following values:

- ✓ Building humanitarian and cultural bridges between Turkey and Ukraine
- ✓ Promoting international solidarity and cooperation
So far, we have reached hundreds of thousands of people in need across Ukraine and continue to expand our support.
